These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Bring Your Own Tumbler (BYOT) Program offered by Epic Marks LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By participating in the BYOT Program, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Agreement.
Welcome to Epic Marks' Bring Your Own Tumbler (BYOT) Program! We're thrilled to offer you the opportunity to create personalized designs on your favorite tumblers. Before participating, please read and understand the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

  • The BYOT Program is available to individuals and businesses.
  • You must be the rightful owner of the tumbler(s) you submit for customization.

2. Design and Artwork:

  • You are responsible for providing your own design or artwork for customization.
  • Epic Marks can assist in design creation but is not responsible for design errors or discrepancies.

3. Shipping and Drop-Off:

  • You have the option to either ship your tumbler(s) to Epic Marks or drop them off at our store location.
  • Shipping costs for sending your tumbler(s) to Epic Marks are your responsibility. 
  • Epic Marks is not responsible for lost or damaged tumblers during shipping.

4. Customization Process:

  • Epic Marks will make every effort to ensure precise and high-quality customization.
  • Epic Marks LLC is not responsible for tumblers that do not etch correctly due to variations in the thickness of powder coating applied to the tumblers. The success of customization may vary depending on the tumbler's specific coating.

5. Turnaround Time:

  • Turnaround times may vary based on the complexity of the design and the volume of orders.
  • Epic Marks will provide an estimated completion date upon receiving your tumbler(s).

6. Payment:

  • Payment is required before customization begins.
  • Once customization starts, no refunds will be issued.

7. Ownership and Rights:

  • You retain ownership and rights to the design(s) you provide.
  • Epic Marks may request permission to showcase your customized tumbler(s) in our portfolio or marketing materials, with your consent.

8. Quality Assurance:

  • Epic Marks strives for excellence in every customization. If you believe there is an issue with your customized tumbler, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving it.

9. Cancellations and Changes:

  • Once customization begins, changes or cancellations are not permitted.

10. Liability: - Epic Marks LLC is not responsible for any injury, harm, or damages caused by the customized tumblers. - You assume all responsibility for the design you provide and its appropriateness.

11. Store Pickup: - If you choose to drop off your tumbler(s) at our store, please adhere to our store hours and safety guidelines.

By participating in Epic Marks' BYOT Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or terminate this program at any time. Please reach out to us with any questions or concerns – we're here to help you create something truly epic!
