Earning Points
How do I earn points?
Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent. You can also earn bonus points by engaging with Epic Marks (e.g., sign up, social follows).
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No. There is no cap—earn as many points as you like.
Redeeming Rewards
How do I redeem my points?
Open the Redeem Rewards tab to see available discounts. If you have enough points, select a reward to apply it to your order.
What are the redemption levels?
- 300 pts = $5 off
- 600 pts = $10 off
- 900 pts = $15 off
- 1200 pts = $20 off
- 1500 pts = $25 off
VIP Tiers & Status
How long do I keep my tier?
Once you reach a tier, you keep it for one year. To maintain it beyond a year, earn the required number of points during the next 12-month period.
What do 'approved', 'pending', and 'cancelled' mean?
Approved: Points are available to redeem now.
Pending: Points are waiting for verification, typically for recent purchases or referrals.
Cancelled: Points won’t be added—for example, if an order is cancelled.
