Getting started
Do I need artwork to begin?

Nope. Bring a sketch, a reference image, or just your idea—we’ll help shape it into a design.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Logos/brand refresh, apparel graphics, flyers/business cards, labels/stickers/packaging, social ads, signs/banners, and more.

How do I request a design?

Use the “Start Your Design” form, tell us what you need, and (optionally) upload examples or assets. We’ll follow up with options and pricing.

Pricing & payment
How is design priced?

Simple flat scopes for common requests and hourly for open-ended work. We’ll quote before we start.

What does my quote include?

The agreed scope, number of revision rounds, target timeline, and deliverables (file types, sizes).

Do you require a deposit?

For larger scopes we may request a 50% deposit before concept work begins.

Are fonts or stock images included?

We use licensed resources. If a specific paid font/asset is required, we’ll confirm any pass-through cost first.

Revisions & timeline
How many revisions are included?

Most scopes include 2–3 rounds. Extra rounds are fine—just billed as add-ons with your approval.

How fast is the turnaround?

First concepts usually within 1–3 business days after kickoff. Rush options available—ask if you’re on a deadline.

How do I give feedback?

Reply to the proof email or comment on the preview link. Clear notes or marked-up screenshots help a ton.

What if I change direction mid-project?

No problem—if it’s outside the original scope we’ll provide a quick update and new estimate before moving forward.

Files, ownership & formats
Who owns the final design?

Once the final invoice is paid, you own the final approved artwork files delivered in your scope.

What file types do I receive?

Print projects: PDF (press-ready), plus PNG/JPG as needed. Logos: vector (AI/PDF/SVG) + PNG. Social/web: optimized outputs as applicable.

Can I get the working/source files?

For logos/brand work—yes (AI/SVG). For complex layouts, source files (e.g., layered PSD/AI) can be added to scope on request.

Print readiness
Will my design be print-ready?

Yes. We build to correct size, color space, resolution, and bleed so your approved file is ready to produce.

Can you match brand colors?

Provide Pantone/HEX/CMYK targets and we’ll align proofs accordingly.

Do you do contour-cut prep for decals?

We prep cut lines when relevant. For UV DTF, prints are delivered as gang sheets (individual die-cutting not included).

Assets & uploads
What should I upload?

Highest-quality logos (vector if possible), reference images, brand colors/fonts, and any must-include text.

What formats can I upload?

Images (PNG/JPG/TIFF) and PDF. Up to 500 MB per file; you can attach multiple files.

My files are huge—any tips?

Export a print-quality PDF, or include a Drive/Dropbox link if you hit limits.

After approval
Can you also print it?

Absolutely. We can move your approved design straight into production (banners, signage, apparel, stickers, etc.).

Can you adapt the design to other sizes later?

Yes—resizes and new variants are quick. We’ll quote before we adjust.
