Turnaround & Cutoffs

Turnaround — General Info

Most orders are printed same day or next business day, but it depends on what time the order comes in and what type of product it is. We’ll always aim to get your job moving as fast as possible.

Daily Cutoff Times

Orders placed before the daily cutoff usually get processed that day. Anything after cutoff automatically rolls to the next business day. If you’re on a tight deadline, place your order early in the day to be safe.

Rush & Specialty Orders

Oversized jobs, specialty materials, or peak seasons (like holidays) may add extra production time. If you need something rushed, let us know right away — we’ll be upfront about what’s possible and what’s not.

Edits & Changes

Edit Window

Once your order is placed, there’s only a small window to make edits. If you catch a mistake immediately, contact us ASAP — we may be able to stop it before it hits the press.

Artwork & Files

We don’t proofread artwork. What you upload is what we print. Double-check spelling, sizing, and resolution before checkout. If you’re not sure, ask us before placing the order — we’d rather answer a quick question than see you disappointed later.

Changes After Printing Starts

If printing has already begun, edits may not be possible without reprinting the job. Reprints can mean extra cost and additional turnaround time, so it’s always best to finalize your artwork before submitting.

How to Request an Edit

If you need to change a gang sheet order, there’s one must-do: call us right away. If your job hasn’t started production yet, we can pause it and give you the chance to fix it. Once it hits the press, it’s locked in.

Step 1 — Call Us Immediately

Pick up the phone as soon as you realize something needs to change. We’ll check your order status and, if it hasn’t started printing, we’ll pull it out of production.

Step 2 — Open Your Order

Go to your order confirmation email and click “View Order.” Or log in to your account, head to My Orders, and select the order you want to edit.

Step 3 — Select the Gang Sheet to Edit

Each gang sheet shows up as its own line item. Click the Edit link under the specific gang sheet you want to change.

Step 4 — Send Edit Request

A window will pop up — click Send Edit Request. You’ll see a confirmation message that the request went through.

Step 5 — Wait for Approval

If production hasn’t started, your edit will be approved and the order will bounce back to you. From there, you can go back into the gang sheet builder, fix your file, and re-submit. If the request is denied, the email will explain why (usually because printing already started).

Important: The edit isn’t official until you’ve both called us and submitted it through your Order page. Just one or the other won’t stop production.

Shipping & Pickup

In-Store Pickup

Pickup is quick and easy. As soon as your order is ready, we’ll notify you. Just stop by during business hours to grab it — no waiting for the carrier.

Shipping Policy

If you accidentally select shipping instead of pickup at checkout, we can’t refund the shipping charge — carriers bill us as soon as your checkout completes whether we give them the package or not. To avoid surprises, double-check your cart before checkout.

Shipping Options

We ship through standard carriers and pack everything securely. You’ll choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. If you’re local, pickup is usually the fastest option.

Rewards Free Shipping

Our top reward tiers include free shipping on orders up to $20 in shipping cost. If shipping exceeds $20, you’ll just pay the difference. It’s our way of saying thanks for being a loyal customer.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking Numbers

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. That number updates as the carrier scans your package through their system.

Delivery Delays

Sometimes carriers take 24 hours to update tracking. Weather, holidays, or backlogs can also cause delays. While we can’t control what happens once it leaves our shop, we’ll help however we can if something goes missing.

Marked Delivered But Missing

If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t see your package, check with neighbors, your building office, or anyone at home who may have grabbed it. If it’s truly missing, contact us and we’ll walk you through the next steps with the carrier.
