By participating in the Epic Marks 1-Year Anniversary Giveaway and promotions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older.
- Employees of Epic Marks, their immediate family members, and any related affiliates are not eligible to participate in the giveaway or promotions.
Giveaway Entry & Rules:
- For every $50 spent on DTF and Sublimation prints (before taxes and discounts) from October 14th, 2024, to October 18th, 2024, at 11:00 PM CST, you will receive 1 entry into the Apple iPad giveaway. Purchases must total $100 or more before taxes, shipping, and discounts to qualify.
- Multiple entries are allowed, provided the purchase amounts meet the minimum requirements ($50 before taxes and discounts).
- Purchases of clearance or discounted items do not qualify for this giveaway.
- The winner will be drawn at random and announced at 2:00 PM CST on October 19th, 2024. The winner does not need to be present to claim the prize. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted via the information provided at the time of purchase.
Gift Card Giveaway:
- In-store purchases of $25 or more made on October 19th, 2024, during the anniversary event are eligible to win 1 of 3 gift cards ($15, $25, or $50).
- Winners will be selected at random and announced during the event.
Promotions & Discounts:
- A 40% discount will apply to all DTF and Sublimation print orders over $50 placed between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM CST on October 19th, 2024. The order total must be $50 before taxes and discounts to qualify.
- 10% off all in-store items (excludes clearance) will apply from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST on October 19th, 2024.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or promotions.
Prize Information:
- The grand prize is one Apple 10.9-Inch iPad (10th Generation) with Wi-Fi, 64GB.
- All prizes, including gift cards, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
- Epic Marks is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or surcharges associated with the prize.
Disqualification:
- Epic Marks reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms, provides false information, or attempts to manipulate the giveaway or promotions.
Privacy:
- By participating in this giveaway, you agree to allow Epic Marks to collect and use your personal information (such as name and contact details) for the purposes of administering this giveaway.
- Your information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to notify winners.
Miscellaneous:
- Epic Marks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway and promotions at any time for any reason without prior notice.
- Epic Marks is not responsible for any technical issues, such as lost, delayed, or interrupted entries due to internet or equipment failure.
