Crafting Room Rental – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required for all rentals.

Full payment must be made on or before the day of the rental.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund, minus the non-refundable 50% deposit.

Renters may reschedule for another available date without penalty.
3. Capacity
-
The crafting room accommodates a maximum of 10 people.

Exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
4. Time & Clean-Up
-
Rental time includes setup and cleanup.

The space must be returned to its original condition.

A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive mess is left behind.
5. Damage & Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, or the facility.

Epic Marks is not liable for any personal injuries, lost, or stolen items.

Any damage to the property will be billed to the Renter.
6. Food & Drinks
-
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.
-
Renters must clean up after themselves.
7. Prohibited Activities

No smoking, open flames, or hazardous materials are allowed.
-
Any violation may result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.
8. Respectful Use

Renters must respect the space and other customers.
-
Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may lead to early termination of the rental.
9. Modifications
-
Epic Marks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

Any damage to the property will be billed to the customer.
