Crafting Room Rental – Terms & Conditions

  1. 1. Booking & Payment

    • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is required for all rentals.

    • Full payment must be made on or before the day of the rental.

    2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund, minus the non-refundable 50% deposit.

    • Renters may reschedule for another available date without penalty.

    3. Capacity

    • The crafting room accommodates a maximum of 10 people.

    • Exceeding this limit may result in immediate cancellation without a refund.

    4. Time & Clean-Up

    • Rental time includes setup and cleanup.

    • The space must be returned to its original condition.

    • A cleaning fee may be charged if excessive mess is left behind.

    5. Damage & Liability

    • Renters are responsible for any damage to equipment, furniture, or the facility.

    • Epic Marks is not liable for any personal injuries, lost, or stolen items.

    • Any damage to the property will be billed to the Renter.

    6. Food & Drinks

    • Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed.

    • Renters must clean up after themselves.

    7. Prohibited Activities

    • No smoking, open flames, or hazardous materials are allowed.

    • Any violation may result in immediate termination of the rental without a refund.

    8. Respectful Use

    • Renters must respect the space and other customers.

    • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may lead to early termination of the rental.

    9. Modifications

    • Epic Marks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

    • Any damage to the property will be billed to the customer.
